1. Agreement to Terms

By using RentalMinibus.co.uk and hiring a vehicle from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Driver Requirements

Drivers must be at least 21 years old for 7-12 seater vehicles (25 for 15-17 seaters)
Full driving licence must be held for a minimum of 2 years
D1 class entitlement required for most 15 and 17-seater vehicles
Valid ID and payment card must be presented upon delivery

3. Rental Terms

Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as provided
Unlimited mileage is included (courier use not permitted)
Fuel must be returned at the same level as delivery
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles
Vehicles must not be used for illegal purposes

4. Insurance

Comprehensive insurance is included in all rentals. The hirer is responsible for any excess charges in the event of damage or theft. Optional CDW is available to reduce excess.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

6. Breakdown and Accidents

In the event of a breakdown or accident, contact us immediately. Do not arrange repairs without our authorization. Emergency contact numbers will be provided at delivery.

7. Liability

RentalMinibus.co.uk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our vehicles or services.
